Krystalshopca does NOT offer refunds on undamaged goods. Exchanges are considered for JEWELRY ONLY but you will need to pay postage to send returning items back.If you received a broken, missing, or wrong item than you ordered please contact us at krystalshopca@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Everything will always be handled case by case. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for more information.
